I forgot my password and security question for my account and I want to cancel my number, I don't know how to do that though. Please help me my next payment is in 3 days!!!!

@shadowbaby97 @Sometimes the website is quirky clear your browser and go incognito/private.  Before trying. Do you mean cancel your account? Are you changing providers? And do you want to port your number out? To cancel your account, you only need to remove your autopay. The account will cancel itself. The porting will require an active account. So, port before your payment is due. Follow          @Jb456 instructions if you only want to change your number. Good luck.

If you know your PIN then you can turn off autopay in the 611 service.
