Trying to create an online account so I can update my billing information. Part of the set up is to receive a 6 digit access code by text, but the access code never arrives. Without that, I can set up an account. And without an account, I can't open a ticket to find out why I'm not getting the access code. So I'm stuck.
Any suggestions from anyone on how to get the access code, or get some customer support would be very much appreciated.

I am not sure what number is used by PM for text.....but you may have it as a blocked number?
And do you have the correct PM SIM in your phone?
