I was a PM customer, then took the Koodoo offer and ported over.
I'm now setting up a new line under PM, registered everything under my email, however it gave "generic error" with "oh no! something went wrong, don't worry just log out and log in".
When I try to login or reset my password I get:
ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled
My credit card has been charged, so I assume the SIM card has been associated with my account which appears to be disabled 😞
