Former customer, registered sim card under my email, but account disabled?

I was a PM customer, then took the Koodoo offer and ported over.

I'm now setting up a new line under PM, registered everything under my email, however it gave "generic error" with "oh no! something went wrong, don't worry just log out and log in".

When I try to login or reset my password I get:

 

ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled

 

My credit card has been charged, so I assume the SIM card has been associated with my account which appears to be disabled 😞

@beacher After 90 days your PM account and SIM card are disabled. You will need to create a new account with a new SIM card. If you are getting errors, try a different browser, Chrome in incognito mode usually works best.
