My password doesn't work. I need it reset. This site doesn't have a number for an agent. My security question keeps coming up as Test Question? And I don't understand why.

If you are using correct email address then check junk folder.
If account is locked out due to multiple attempts with wrong password... wait for some time and try again.
If still a no-go then contact CSA.

Is your account current ACTIVE or is it Suspended?
After 90 days of suspended/non-payment status, your account will be permanently deactivated, which means you will:
1-Lose access to your phone number (and Self Serve account), any rewards or Available Funds balance that was in your account at time of suspension, and won’t be able to transfer the phone number to a new provider in the future.
2-Need a new Public Mobile SIM card if you decide to activate a new Public Mobile account.
If it has not been over 90 days, then submit a ticket as provided.

Your account is locked after 5 tries for login. You can wait 1 hour for your account to become unlocked. When your account is unlocked, you can reset you password.

If not working, you will need to customer service agent (CSA).
Click on the chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact CSA. Type: I can't login. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours.
You can do some basic account tasks by dialing 611 on your phone:
