You can private message the @Moderator_Team (feel free to use this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437) and ask them to reset your password. Include your PM phone number an PIN to expediate the process, do not post them here as this is a public site.

You will have to send a message to the moderators with your account details such as your phone number, e-mail, name, pin, account number (if you know it) and let them know you need help resetting your account password.
