Hello everyone,
As the title states, I forgot my password and security question for Self-Service. SIMon, directed me to fill out a ticket. After answering 3 of the "Personally Identifiable Information" as well as my Public Mobile Phone Number, I tried pressing the submit button in the "Verify your identity" box. Unfortunately, the button just doesn't do anything. Are there any other avenues for me to get my account back.

Please follow the instructions provided earlier in this message thread. You'll need to open a ticket to rest your password. Another way to to do this is to go to https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot and type "forgot security question answer".

Same issue here. I forgot my password and the security question. My credit card info is outdated, and I was forced to pay via prepaid cards for months now. Help, please

@clockking once you send the message with the link provided by @Staliger.
Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent. Also keep an eye on the envelope, the mods answer will show up there.
You can also enable email notification to receive a private message notification sent to your email.
Go into your community account > my settings > PREFERENCES > Private Messenger > enable "Receive email notifications for new private messages" > Save
