Your best solution is to create a support ticket. Explain your issue to SIMON, the ? comment box in the bottom right.simon.PNGAnswer his questions until you get to here:Simon2.png

 

Submit your ticket with the link at the bottom.

It can take up to 48 hours for the team to respond to your concerns. It's best to create a support ticket as issues sent through SIMON are being given priority.

Have you forgot your email address used to login to your self-serve account?

 

After activation, you should received a PM welcome email.
