I would like to change my email. I cannot change my email myself.

For your Self Serve email only Customer Support Agents can change that for you.

 

To contact the Public Mobile Customer Support Agent (CSA)_Team, there are two methods to reach them:

1 -  Faster - Click the bubble comment circle on the bottom right-hand side of your screen,

For your Community email, you can do that yourself under your Avatar, then "My Settings".

i understand,

but i see all member in here they do post and repeat post and when the OP question got accepted as solution, so they public mobile and community site has to provide a New rules,

 

*and as i see you are very interested about me a lot and as i'm only in community site doing this...

you have to Contact Customer Support Agent by  ,and Explain your issue to 
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

and them will change for you,

  • your account number, 
  • your phone number,
  • your account 4 digit pin, 

 

  • Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, will Response to your inbox by private message 
  • During business hours, we strive to answer customer messages swiftly. You will often get an answer within an hour. During peak periods, you may need to wait up to 48 hours.Customer Support Agents are available:
    • Monday to Sunday: 6 AM to 10 PM EST

    Check your private message inbox (click on the envelope top right of your screen)

You will have to contact customer support and verify that your are the account holder. Then the CSA will change the email for you. Contact them by clicking on the chat bubble at the bottom right corner of your screen and type "change account email" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via Simple--Simon.

 

Keep an eye on the envelope icon at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Replying promptly will speed up service times. Expect a message in the morning.

@Bermuda  for changing email address on My Account, only PM agents are able to help you to change on the system.  Please open a ticket with PM directly:

 

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.


2. Or you can Send a private message to the CS Agent here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply and work with you  via messaging there

You'll need to go to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html and then type "change self serve email address".  The ticketing system will ask for additional account details as a security measure during this process.
