Is anyone else’s data not working or SUPER slow? I just renewed my plan on Monday and my data has been so bad since then. Can I trouble shoot this myself or is it a public mobile issue?

@srturk if you just change the plan then sometimes it takes time to get better speed.
I strongly suggest please wait atleast 24 hours

Yea, I did that and tried to even put phone on airplane mode to see if it fixes anything. No luck, maybe I’ll wait it out 😕

@srturk have not experienced that. Dumb question, but have you tried rebooting (power cycling) your phone?
