It's been a few days since I've got Public mobile sim card and it just stopped providing data to my cellphone. Some of apps like Google maps, Google chrome, and others simply don't work.
Just apps of social media works well.
How about answering a few questions.
What phone do you have?
Does anything work?
Calling out and in?
Text out and in?
Have you checked self serve to see if you used up all your data?
What steps have you tried on your own?
Resetting network settings?
Removing sim card and reinserting?
When you log into self serve account what does the status say?
Does it give you a payment due date of 1969??? This has been an issue since yesterday.
Is there a balance still in your account?
Certainly not my area of expertise but you need to give a little more info to help the community solve your problem like: type of phone, have you restarted it, put it in airplane mode, etc... then if your still having a problem the tech experts can help out.
Did you use up all the Data on your Plan?
Were you just using the 1GB Promo Data Add-on without a Data Plan?
Perhaps the working apps aren't consuming Data or the not-working apps need Data permissions enabled somewhere in Settings?
