Changing email linked to account

Im trying to access my self serve account but I can't access the email I used, Is there any way to change my email ASAP.  My plan didn't auto renew and I have the money on my account so i dont know why my pla isn working

You don’t need access to your Email to log in your account.

Try restarting the phone.

If you call 611 what does the recording say about your account? Does it want money right away? Does it give an account balance?

@jimmyroblin50  If you forgot you password and don't have access to your email anymore the only way you can get the email changed is buy messaging the moderator team.

 

To contact Public Mobile click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Moderators are available: M-F from 8 AM to midnight Eastern time and S-S from 8 AM to 10 PM Eastern time.

Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team 

 

In the meantime you can use the IVR system by dialing 611 from your phone to make payment via your cc on file or vouchers.
