Cannot log into my account

I have been out of country for 4 months and wasn’t paying for my number. Can it be the reason I cannot log in to my account now and what can I do about? I still want to keep the same number

Your number is most likely taken since so many days is gone after expiration.

If your number is ugly, you might get it back since nobody wants it.

@annmel2000 Since your account was not active for more than 90 days, it is now deactivated. You cannot activate the same account and number again.
