If a moderator sent you a link to a website, there's  possibility that it was either one for the forogot password page at https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ or it might have been one asking you to verify that the Public Mobile account is yours.

Make sure that you click on the subject ( title) of the message, then you will have access to whole message.

New look is a little bit confusing

They sour have made it bold or underlined to make it more intuitive

The link is likely within an email sent to you by the moderator. Check emails by clicking envelope, top right.

You should see an envelope on the top right of your screen (with a number on it).

It's the number of private messages you have not read yet.

Click on the envelope to see your messages.

Then click on the message title to open it. You can then click on reply to respond.
