Sometimes, websites have a security feature in place where if a password is entered incorrectly a few times in a row, it will lock you out of the account for a while as a percaution. This is so that some unauthorized person can't keep trying repeatedly to guess your password.
I would suggest waiting a few hours and then trying again. If the account is tempoarily locked for repeated incorrect password login attempts, some sites will just report the same password error message even if the password is right.
I'm not saying that's what happened, but if you've tried a few times to get in without success, it's always a possibility.

I am having the same issue as well, I just activated my SIM card and it won't let me log in with my password and no sign of the reset email after 15 minutes (I will continue waiting though).

Were you able to login before? Did you successfully activate the sim?
