Cannot access change plan in self-serve

I'm trying to change my plan, and the page to do it either give me an "Oh no! 
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic."

or a page where both the current plan section and the new plan section are empty.

This happens all the time.  No need to contact mods or wait for them.  Earlier, people said clear cache, use incognito.  Try different browsers.  It will work if you keep trying and likely faster than waiting for moderators.

@tijonx There is no schedule of system down at the moment. You should be able to change plan as usal. Sometimes you may need to use different browser after sign out of your account. A friendly reminder: change plan in your next renewal cycle to be select. If not, you are changing the plan right away and you will lose all unusal minutes or data.

 Try clearing your browser's cache or use a different browser. If the result is the same you just have to wait until it's up again.
