Hi Guys,
So I'm having issues trying to access my self-serve. I will need to purchase a US roaming add-on next week.
If I try to create an account, I get:
"The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here."
If I try to recover my password I get:
"Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."
Please Advise.

@sgrinwis If you have forgotten your email id when you made account or may be there is a system glitch, you need Moderator's help now to get your PM My Account

Yes, anyone who activate at the store have to create an account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If the system can't recognize your number, contact the mod team.

Are you sure I have to create a self serve account? I even got an email saying that I have to create a self serve account from Public after I left the store...

When you signed up at the store, you must create an account. But since you tried that and it did not recognize your number, moderator will have to create one for you.

It should be the correct email. I signed up at a Walmart, and they had issues getting it to work. Perhaps something screwed up?

@sgrinwis You will never asked your phone number as you sign in though.

@sgrinwis Are you sure you are trying to login with the correct email? It is the email and password you activated with. To sort this out, you might need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team and they can create or reset it. BTW, you can also dial 611 from your phone to purchase add-ons. You must have enough balance or cc attached in your account.
