@Moniqua   Try again now, Self-Serve is up and running now... and this time , the site is a  LOT faster !!!

Thanks for sharing additional information.

 

If you got activated at a store, you'll need to set up a self-serve account.

 

Here's how:

If you haven't fully completed the activation, and need assistance during that process, here's live chat assistance:

Also, normally the Community Oracles frown upon rewarding solutions to oneself (termed "self-solutions").    You can re-assign the solution you marked to your own follow up reply by clicking the 3 little dots in the upper right of your marked solution and click as "Not the Solution".   Then, reassign the solution as you deem appropriate/helpful.

 

If you continue to have issues getting self-serve access after noon Eastern time, contact the Moderators for support; to contact a moderator, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type moderator, then select contact us, then select you need a human now.  Follow the prompts to submit a ticket,  or, 
  2. Send a private message to the moderator by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

Well I've done eating possible, I got a plan for the phone, but it just doesn't want to accept email or password

If you need to make a payment (and know your PIN#) you can dial *611 to manage some self-serve features, if you have a payment card registered on the account.

 

Applying payment vouchers do not need a PIN# to add, you can do so directly by dialing *611 from your device or calling 1-855-4PUBLIC from any device and following the prompts.

Presume you've been able to before.

 

PM has reported they are doing system maintenance til noon which may affect login to self-serve site.

 

Try after noontime.  Clear cache & cookies first and open an incognito page before trying.
