Prior before being locked out, I went through the Forgot Password and entered all the details (email & security question). Once completed, it says an email will be sent to me, however, I have not received any emails.

Sorry to hear you're locked out. Unfortunately, the "forgot my password" feature has not been working properly.
So I'd recommend you to send a message to the Moderators with your account details and issue and they will be able to manually reset your password:

Once your account locked out only mod can fix it for you send a msg to mod
send msg add your pm number email address pin and detail msg
