Hi,
My wife is current public mobile customer and she hasn't used self service for two years. Recently he needs to update her payment information since her master card is approaching expired. She forgot the password and also couldn't reset password due to those security questions. The public mobile also doesn't provide contact for customer service. Please help this.

Hi @Thinkapp what security questions? Only one and Public Mobile gives you the question itself. All you got to do is give the answer. It's a personal question that your wife should know the answer. Anyway, if you had already submitted a ticket or sent a private message to the moderators, you may expect a reply within 48 hrs (hopefully less). Keep checking the envelope icon for a number to pop up. That would be the moderator's reply. Good luck!

contact a moderator you can do so by clicking the question mark at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue password reset
you should get a response between 2 to 48 hours a reply should show up in your little envelope in the top right corner
