Can't login to Self Server after activating new SIM (promo from FM)

I received the new SIM and transferred (my daughters) Freedom Mobile to the new Promo here at Public Mobile.  I got an email back (Your Public Mobile Activation Details) showing it's all setup and to go there and login.  

But now when trying to log in with user name shows an error message.  Even trying Forgot/Password option it says that username/email doesn't exist, but I got the email showing it was created.  The phone seemed to have service, tried 1 outbound calls and worked.  

What can you do?

It's seems like system glitch and accout locked out. You need a mod assistance
Contact any moderator by private message to help you with the process.
In your private message the following info
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* PM SIM card number
* Detailed explanation

And also can you remove your email address its a open forum. Prefer no personal details. 🙂
