Can't login or reset password

I forgot my password and after trying too many times it locked me out and won't send me a reset email. The helper robot says to send a private message, but the "contact us" link provided just leads me to a page that says "Private Messages" but with no input options. Apparently you need to sign in to send a private message, but that's my whole problem 😞

Contact a mod for assistance (link).

Be sure to include the following:

- your name

- your account number (if you have it)

- your phone number

Giving them that information upfront will make it more efficient in helping you out.

You don't need to access your phone account to contact them, you send them a message from your forum account.
