Hi I just activated my account and I can’t log in

Does it say to wait 1 hour or login diabled?  First one you can reset yourself but second, you need the moderators.

@Fergusonrene  I am assuming you activated via self serve and not a retail location.

 

Did you receive a confirmation email? Did have any issues activating?  Success message? Payment went through? Sim works?

 

If yes try the password reset.  Did you enter a wrong email address or password? 

 

Try the create account instead of logging in.

 

Any error messages when trying to login?

 

If all else fails submit a ticket using SIMon (question mark on bottom of screen)
