Hi,

 

I'm hoping you guys can please revive my self serve account.  I can't log in.  If you guys could please help me out I would really appreciate it.  I tried resetting my password but it won't work and it won't take my email address.

@Kovaelin , this is because they are separate systems.  Self-Serve seems to get random minor maintenance during the day, and this seems to be when changes for plans are being made, along with other cosmetic types of updates.

I've found the self-serve site to be very slow in general. For some reason, the community site seems to be fine though.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ or else, You will need to send a private message to the MOD with  your account info.

The email to receive the password reset is hit or miss.  If you’re not getting the email, please send a private message to the Moderator_Team via the private message system.  It’s the envelope in the top right corner of this and every community forum page.

@SickBeast Try using the Chrome browser in incognito mode and clear your browser cache.
