Can’t change my plan. Changed password and it still locks me out after 1 try

I am in desperate need of help. 
I am trying to change my plan to a better one. When I try my password it says it’s wrong and I’m locked out after one try. I’ve reset my password and try again and it says again it’s wrong and locks me out after one try . Someone please help I need a better plan

you cant get into your self serve at all ? have you tried a different  device to log in on  using old and new password ?

@Leafram it's always a better idea to just try your original password using your browser in incognito or private mode. it seems when one trys to reset their password, it further disables the account needing moderators

You could try a tab in incognito mode.
