This is a very coomon issue and the only way to resolve it is by contacting a moderator by clicking ?, bottom right, and follow instructions.

Then you need a moderator's intervention who can be contacted by submitting a ticket at: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/.
@Eliza1955 , if you hoard old emails, you could search for emails from Public Mobile. That would help to ID the email address. From there you can try the password reset.
