The system doesn't recognize my email, but I already entered my SIM information so I can't create a new account.
Is there a way I can access my new account?

I've been locked out of my account and the moderator team is not responding. So pissed off, I will be changing my cc so they can't charge my next payment.
What a bull**bleep** system for help.
