I am not able to log in as my login credentials are blocked whenever i entered my email and password via self serve,
and how to deactivate a/c?
i did not add CC in my file.

Please, clarify a/c? Auto/Charge???
If you mean AutoPay, then click on “Manage AutoPay” and then on “Remove AutoPay” button.
To remove credit card: click on "Payment" tab, then click on “Manage my card” > “Remove this credit card”
