BONUS 500 MB with AutoPay on 30$ plan: 500mb 3g + UNLIMITED Can Talk + UNLIMITED International Text

Hello.

New user here. I signed up specifically for the featured 30$ / 30 days plan, advertised as such:

 

  • 500 MB Data at 3G speed
  • + BONUS 500 MB with AutoPay
  • UNLIMITED Talk Canada-wide
  • UNLIMITED International Text and Picture Messaging
  • VOICEMAIL & Call Display

I couldn't find it in the options while signing up, so I bought a "custom" plan.

My question is: Why was this not listed, and how can I get my bonus 500mb of data?

Autopay is set up, but I can't see the advertised bonus 500mb of data anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered my sim card many days ago, specifying my full address with appartemment number.

It was delayed in the mail, because my app number was not printed on the package.

Probably by one day..

It was received today, and I signed up today.

This really is a frustrating bad start for me with this company..

Is there a legal departement that can be reached or to whom I can be referred to?

Thank you all for pointing out the promotion is over.

But it is still advertised live on the website today, so I'm pretty sure it legally has to be honored and redeemed.

You can see there is no more $30 plan showing

Plan expired. It was announced the day before yesterday that the $30 plan will expired on May 1, 11:59 EDT.  

 

Sometimes, it takes time for Public mobile to remove their promo ads.

When did you sign up, today?  If you signed up today, the plan has expired as stated above.  

 

Plan details:

$30 for 1 GB at 3G speed (Update as of May 2, 2019: This plan is now expired.)

  • 30-day plan
  • 500 MB Data at 3G speed
  • +Bonus 500 MB with AutoPay
  • Unlimited Canada-wide Talk
  • Unlimited International Text and Picture Messaging

This $30 1GB plan has expired as of May 1, 2019, 11:59pm EST. 

If you signed up later than this date, sorry to say that you won't see any options for the bonus 500mb of data as this was a ready-made plan.

Your "custom plan" unfortunately doesn't including any bonus data even after the autopay was set up.
