Autopayment

My credit card was expired and so I am out of autopayment reward. Now, can I again apply for autopayment with new card. Am I eligible for  that?

@Nehi Yes, update you CC info in your self-service account, and Autopay will continue. Make sure all info there is written correctly.

Hi @Nehi

I noticed if I use the button 'replace this card' as opposed to remove then add the card, my autopay doesn't get interrupted.

If you already changed it make sure you enable autopay, sometimes it glitches out and you must do it again.

It should reflect in your reward section the same day, not instantly though. This I why I feel much more comfortable replacing the card

If it's still not showing up after couple of days then contact moderators

Tell Simon that rewards are missing, he'll start the ticket for you

Yes, you need to update your cc info and enable autopay.
