Need to change my credit card on account and there is no options when you dial *611 and you have been locked out of your account

Have you tried resetting your password.

(Check your junk folder)

 

If not working, you will need to contact moderator. 

Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator.  Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

Try the "Forgot your password" button.

Try again in an hour with Firefox. Clear cache files. Use incognito mode.
