Auto Bonus for new account

I signed up with public mobile this past weekend.   The were offering 3 bonus gigs for the plan that I picked.  The extra gigs are not showing on my account. Any suggestions?

According to announcment, the 3 GB should be in your account within 10 business days.  If not, then you can contact moderator.
