The Amount Owing on my account shows $0. My pay date was today but I was unable to pay because when I clicked on pay "Amount Due" it says there is nothing due. My account was suspended today and because of that and I'm unsure of how to pay.

I have the same problem where I have 57$ on the account but it will not accepte it ro renew my account.

Hey @mcarranza,
It sounds like your plan renewal hit a bug.
Send a private message to @CS_Agent to have them fix it for you.
Provide them with your public mobile phone number and PIN.
