After payment last night, still no service

Hello, I paid for the renewal of my service and I cant call/text/surf.

If I call, it says you don't have add ons for long distance even though its a local number I called to.

Can receive /send txt msg either. 

 

No surf.

 

I called 611 and says my plan will expire may 12, 2018.

 

Please help

So your phone is saying active but you have no service?  Have you done a re-boot of the phone or a hard re-boot to see if that will clear any issues (you knwo the standard answer you get from your IT department).  If you are still having issues you will need to contact the Moderators.

@Roseannq, when you look into your self serve account, is it in active status?  Judging by what you describe, the renewal may not have completed properly.  It may be necessary to contact the moderator team and have them investigate the problem.
