I have tried to reset the password for Self-Serve but it ended up expiring by the time i received the email. I have put a ticket in and sent a private message to the moderator team but have yet to receieve a response. Can someone help me out please?
Unfortunately regular users don't have the kind of authoritity to assist in this case - you'll have to wait for the moderator to respond.

All good problem solved, the password reset email seems to be significantly delayed and a very short window to use it. Very odd for a password reset tool never experienced that before.
My problem of being locked out is not solved.
Try again in an hour. Clear your cache files, use incognito mode and also try a different web browser. FireFox seems to work pretty good.
Alternatively, click the ? in lower right side of screen to start process of moderator assistance.
