@moultonpalmer contact customer support mods
click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "missing credit"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)
*login using your community account
the rewards category for SIMon will not let you submit a ticket so follow these instructions
after the page opens, click the dropdown menu and select "other"
then select "something else"
then "next"
and then write your issue in the box and click "submit ticket"
make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

Rewards are credited at renewal date. When's your payment due date?
Does it show the $2 under your reward section like the picture @JoyLuck posted?
Do you have auto-pay setup?

Make sure your autopay is enabled. Add credit/debit card info is not enough.
When you enable autopay, you will get a $2 credit added to your available fund right away for the current 30 days cycle if you have not received the credit for the current cycle.
Then, PM will add another $2 credit to your available fund on each of your renewal date as long as you autopay is enabled.
