Here's the update: new issue affected renewals on October 23 and 24 2019.
There is no need to contact Public Mobile.
PM is already aware. The rewards you earned are forthcoming.

@Dunkman @Luddite @robgrif @RossN Its starting to look like it was bit of an epidemic...dont know about system wide but it looks like the moderators are going to have their hands full for a couple of days. Back to normal service times. Customer service in an hour or two was nice while it lasted.

@robgrif If you are certain they were missed only the moderators can assist you.
To get a ticket:
click the ? on the lower right of this page,
enter "refund",
click "Contact us",
click "Submit ticket",
login manually if your username/password are not filled in,
click the drop down menu (in the white area),
pick the topic that fits your issue and follow the directions to submit it,
If none of the topics are correct click Other/Something Else until you reach the blank form
