@DianneRiem, When you set up your account (either in store or yourself-on-line), you need to entere the phone number of the person who referred you - right there and then.

*IF* you forgot to do so, it might be possible to ask the moderators to add the number to your account (and trigger the appropriate bonuses).  If that's your situation, and you would like to contact the moderators...
