friend referral at sign up

I just signed up for Public Mobile today and the clerk didn't ask me whether a friend had referred me. A friend did refer me.  How do I get her and my reward now?

Thank you to everyone who helped me through this process.  I did contact the support system and they signed my friend up for her referral rewards.  Success!

Officially it can take up to 72 hours for the $10 bonus referral credit to show up in your self serve account but yes....usually the next day.

@KYF Remember the credit will appear within 24-48 hours, but it should show up within 24 hrs.

if you have the code for your friend Explain your issue to Contact Customer Support Agent by  , and them can Add for you 
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

@KYF , the way referral works is that your friend provides you with their referral code which is found on the main landing page of the self serve account.  During the sign up process you enter that referral code.  If you did not do this, you can get the code from your friend and click on the chat symbol on the lower right corner to initiate a support ticket and have the referral code added after the fact.
