Where is my $1

I am your client for 2 years. I had $1 off my plan (loyalty). Suddenly it disappeared.

@telemonster .... which reward are you referring to? If its the reward for staying a complete year, I believe it only getts applied after 13 month, then every 12 month after that for a total of 5 years  or  up to maximum of $5.00 off per month. if you stay 5years and 1 month or more time with PM.

maybe pm is doing a cleanup on false loyalty rewards 🤭
