Anyone know if you can use your rewards to pay your for service?

@Donny46  Absolutely! You will see them as a credit.

@Arsenio21...you'll get that $2 Autopay Reward ever time your plan renews itself.. as long as you have your credit card on file and Autopay enabled.

Indeed! It will automatically deducted to your next billing cycle; however, that is how it works on my account because I set-up autopay.

Rewards are used to "pay down" your plan costs. So if you have a credit card on your account and it's set to Autopay...you'll get the Autopay Reward of $2 off your regular plan cost every time the plan renews. If you have the $15 plan...now it's $13 plus tax at renewal time.

Dog brand can't touch that !!

That is exactly what they are for. At renewal time the system will first credit your available balance with the rewards sitting under My Rewards. Then the system will debit the rewards first from your plan amount owed and charge any remaining amount to your card if you're on auto-pay.
