I just found out aside from my current account, my other account is also missing the 10$ credits.
Does this happen only to me, or someone else has the same issue?
Since I clearly remember the credit should be applied at the beginning of the month.

It would be best to private message the moderator team and they can look through your account and apply the credits. Cheers

@hzmy, I would suggest sending the moderator team a private message instead of tagging them in the community forum. They will have to go into your account to do the checks and make adjustments as needed anyway. When they see the tagging, you are going to be asked to private message them. Might as well get a head start.
