I activated 2 public sim cards last month.

One is for me and other one is for my wife.

We both were using chatr before, then she motivated me for public mobile, at that time i refused.

But after one month we discussed again and i was ready to get public mobile.

She reffered me and i reffered her.

But she got $10 discount unfortunately i did not..

So what can i do??

Too bad you didn't find an existing PM customer to refer you for the first activation. But oh well, it's only $10. Start referring others to get the ongoing $1/month credits!

You can't refer each other.  You need to have an active PM account to refer anyone.  So the first account you setup wouldn't have a referral for it.  The second line would get the $10 credit and the 1st line is the referrer would get $1/30 days off

mh1983 has it.

It's why I asked specific order. The first account created would now be the existing customer. The second account created would now be the referred customer by that existing customer.

Thinking of this scenario (2 people coming to PM), there are only two possibilities:

 

1. You both sign up and no referrals are involved.

2. One of you signs up and sends a referral to the other.

 

It's not possible to have both of you referring each other. Two people = one is a referrer, one is a referee. That's why one of you got a $10 discount and likely the other got the $1/30 days reward.

It's actually that the existing customer gets the $1/30 days reward almost immediately. The new customer gets the $10 credit the next day or so.

What specific order did you activate phones in?
