Rewards not applied consistently

Just reviewed my payment history for the past year and found the rewards summary didn’t match the amounts applied to my bill. Also the rewards applied changed from billing cycle to next when there should be no changes. How can we solve this?

Also, Community participation rewards would also be different from month to month.
