This was aleady stated almost 11 hours before you. There's no need to repeat others. Quality of posts does factor it when to comes to Community rewards, specifically when it comes to receiving bravos. When it is appropriate to advise a Community member to contact member, it would also be helpful to instruct the person how to do that.

@philauffray, in the previous cycle, did you happen to use the lost phone/found phone toggle which is known to affect rewards. Just asking as there seems to be a few customers report similar issues.
