Refer a Friend: $1/30 days for each friend you refer – plus, one-time credit of $10

 I did refer a friend who now has an active account but I only received $1 credit and my friend has not received the $10 as noted on PM web pages.   (Refer a Friend: $1/30 days for each friend you refer – plus, your friend receives a one-time credit of $10 ) Any idea what I did wrong?

@katiatall If after 72 hours your friend still has not receive $10 credit bill. 

I recommend your friend send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to investigate that.  include your account# or phone#, as well as your account PIN (if know) to help speed up the identification process.

How long until a moderator replies?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during office hours, in the order in which they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.

How can I view my private messages between myself and a Community Moderator?

It can take up to 72 hours before your friend will see the $10 credit in their account.

 

You will receive a $1 credit each month as long as your friend stays with Public Mobile.
