The obvious...did you register a credit card and enable the autopay feature?
If you've just signed up, the $2 credit will take a few days to show up on your account, and will then apply to your 2nd month of use. Since you pay up front for the first month when activating your account, the autopay cant be used for that 1st payment.
If you have been an ongoing customer and just recently lost the $2 credit, try turning autopay off and then on again by:

My auto pay showed up right away when I signed up are you sure you signed up for it correctly?
