Try changing the payment method or re-typing in the current payment method

@Shazad  one more confirmation that Autopay is setup or not

 

At My Account , Overview Tab, towards the bottom, you should see:

@Shazad    Have you registered a valid payment card, ie, MC/Visa/Amex or Debit Visa/MC and enabled autopay?

i suggest you can try it for Remove Your Payment Card and re enter

 

To update or remove your credit or Visa debit card details, sign in to  Self-Serve.  Once signed in, click on the ‘Payment’ tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage my card’. Here, you will have the option to either select ‘Replace this card’, where you can enter the details for your new card, or ‘Remove this card’. You will need to review and confirm this change to your account and then you’re all set..Remember, we accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank.

@Shazad  you have just setup Autopay?  

 

If you go to My Account-> Overview tab, you should see Autopay Reward ($2) showing at at the My Reward section.  And also at the AutoPay section at the bottom

 

Then at   My Account->Payment, Manage Autopay, you can confirm the credit card used there

If you see them, you are good to go, they will deduct $2 off the bill for you.

 

If you already set it up and not seeing it.  You might want o disable the current Autopay and re-enable it after and wait a bit to see if you see the reward discounts showing up on the Overview Tab.

 

If you set up Autopay before, but last payment the missed the $2 discount, you will then have to open a ticket with mod using the Chatbot
