Not receive referral or auto-pay reward anymore

I just checked my account and I'm no longer receiving the referral reward or the auto-pay reward, but I am still receiving the loyalty reward (It's showing all 3 rewards in the Reward section, but it's not being applied during the transaction). Also, I used to have an auto top-up of $19/month and now it's $25/month which is now starting to accumulate as a credit balance.

@berthaandbob, if you don't mind can you post the payment history with personal information blanked out along with a snapshot of the rewards tab.  The community can try to help figure things out.

T hi s has been a common problem recently. @CS_Agent is aware.

 

However, you should send a support ticket to ensure your issue gets addressed.
