I m not seeing rewards, $10 promo and $2 auto pay.??

I change from $35 plan to $30 plan .

I would wait until just before your renewal on the 18th or thereabouts and see if it has arrived. The wording says "will be applied prior to each renewal date".

 

Edit: The $10 will be credit in Available Funds. The $2 autopay should show in the rewards area in your overview page. If not then maybe it got turned off somewhere along the way.

If you like, post a screenshot of your overview page and a few pages of your payment history page(s). Blank out personal info of course.

Did you pay for the SIM you got?

Did you activate in-store or physically not in-store?

There were a couple promos overlapping each other at that time.

For your credit for autopay..it must be on your first page of your self serve account in REWARDS...if you have your credit card registred in your account..and you are supposed to have received a message for that...if you still think you deserve it you can write a message to the moderator here...https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and explain your problem they will help you with that.

Are you talking about the $10/m for 6 months promo?

If yes, that promo is for new activation only.  Existing customer plan change does not qualify.

 

But if you activated a new $35 plan during the promo period and later changed to a $30 plan, you are still qualified to continue to get the $10/cycle.
