I’m not getting autopay rewards

You won't have autopay rewards for your first month with Public Mobile, but you should see under rewards "Autopay: ($2)". If this isn't your first month with PM and you see the $2 under rewards, contact a Moderator.

Wnen you enable your autopay, you should see the $2 autopay reward on your overview page after login.  Also check your payment history, you should receive $2 autopay credit for the current cycle.  On your next renewal day, you will get $2 autopay added to your account before PM server taking enough fund from your autopay cc to pay for your renewal.

Check if you are registered for autopay, I had to do it couple of times after changing card.

When you say you are not getting, is it that it doesn't even show in your rewards secretion, or is it that it shows but doesn't get deposited to the account on the renewal?

Please check your payment history to check.

Also keep in mind that you have to add the tax for your province (where your area code is from) to get the correct amount on your credit card bill. That in some cases ads up to about $2.

@Jsixx It seems that you have a history with PM already. If your autopay is enabled, and you didn't receive 2$ off for months, I would contact moderators as was mentioned in previous posts.

If you feeling comfortable, maybe screenshot your payment history page or overview page (omit any personal information) just to confirm that you are not getting autopay rewards.  Usually, the reward will not be deducted until your payment date.

@Jsixx  To get lost rewards contact the moderators and ask them to credit it. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:

  • Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Click here to get started.
  • Slower- Alternatively, you can send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

Once connected to Simon, you will be asked to log in again with your community user name and password.  Please do, this allows you to continue and send your message.
- Check your private message sent box (click on the envelope top right of your screen) to make sure the message was sent.

- Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen.  The mods answer will show up there.  When it does, you will be asked to verify your self service account, with your password and login. Doing so allows the process to continue. Stay safe.

Log into your self serve account to check.  If you still need assistance then submit a ticket to a moderator.

If you just started with PM using the Autopay...you won't see any Autopay reward until your next renewal when you'll see $4 for the renewal.
